Cole Noble County Scholarship
Beginning fall 2026, the Olive B. Cole Foundation Scholarship helps Noble County students take the next step in their education. Awards provide up to $2,500 per year, for up to four years.
Application Open January 15 - March 15
Scholars may apply for both the Cole Scholarship and the Traditional Scholars Program for additional funding support.

MVP Scholarship
The MVP Scholarship empowers Mount Vernon Park students to pursue college and career goals with financial aid, mentorship, and a strong support network. Students may receive up to $20,000 to cover educational costs for certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree programs.

Summit Legacy Scholarship
The Summit Legacy Scholarship supports graduating North Side High School students pursuing meaningful, skill-based careers in Northeast Indiana. Beginning fall 2026, awards may cover up to 50% of total program costs, with most scholarships ranging from $1,500 to $2,500.

MadeByMe Scholarship
In partnership with MadeByMe, sponsored by IFMA and the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club
Eligibility Requirements:
Resident of Allen County and intent to live and work in Northeast Indiana upon program completion
Pursuing an apprenticeship and/or credentials related to careers in manufacturing and the skilled trades
Recommendation from training/apprentice program.

Edward C. Dodez Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
Provides scholarships to Indiana residents attending Dartmouth College
Priority is given to applicants from northeast Indiana, but applicants need not reside in northeast Indiana to receive consideration
Scholarships are awarded to entering freshmen or returning undergraduate students
Scholarships are awarded based upon academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.
Students who have received the Edward C. Dodez Scholarship in prior years must re-apply each year for consideration
Application is open May 1 - June 30.
Virgil J. & Mildred C. Roy Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
Nursing students who are enrolled full-time at Trine University, Manchester University, University of Saint Francis and Indiana University Fort Wayne.
Junior and Senior students pursuing a BSN degree.
Selection of recipients is based upon academic standing and financial need.
Application is open May 1 - June 30.
Walter & Lucille Beckman Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
Allen County high school graduate
Maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA in college
Preference given to a college senior studying education or social sciences
Annual scholarship award of up to $5,000
No application necessary, scholarship is awarded to an existing Questa Scholar. Scholarships are awarded annually in July.
Venette & Mable Sites Foundation Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
Allen County public high school graduates
Maintaining at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA in college
Scholarship awards vary each year depending upon funds available and number of qualified Questa Scholars
No application necessary, scholarship is awarded to an existing Questa Scholar. Scholarships are awarded annually in July.
Gregory Hosler Wilson Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
Allen County high school graduates
Maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA in college
Preference is given to a college senior showing perseverance and strong work ethic.
Annual scholarship award of up to $5,000.
No application necessary, scholarship is awarded to an existing Questa Scholar. Scholarships are awarded annually in July.
