Career Scholar Programs — Not a Donation

A custom employer partnership designed to build and retain the specific talent you need. You define the criteria; Questa handles everything else — from recruitment to compliance to ongoing scholar support.

Build Your Pipeline

Support students pursuing the degrees or certifications you need. Funding is structured as a forgivable loan — forgiven once the scholar completes their employment terms after graduation.

Upskill Current Employees

Provide upfront funding — no reimbursement process — for certificates or degrees that help your existing team build critical skills and advance their careers.

How the Forgivable Loan Works

1) Employer funds the scholar — through Questa, you establish the funding amount and program criteria.

2) Scholar completes their program — Questa manages disbursements, coaching, and progress tracking throughout.

3) Scholar joins your team — employment terms are met, and the loan becomes 100% forgiven.

4) You gain a committed team member — 95% of Career Scholars work for their sponsoring employer after graduation.
