Local Support Helps More Questa Scholars Pursue Postsecondary Education

Questa Education Foundation is grateful to announce support for additional Questa Scholars is made possible through the generosity of the Ardelle and Theresa Glaze Foundation.

As financial need continues to grow for many students, demand for Questa’s funding opportunities has increased significantly. In the 2024–2025 academic year, Questa received twice as many applications as could be funded with available resources. The Glaze Foundation’s support comes at an important time, reflecting a shared commitment to reducing financial barriers for students while strengthening educational and workforce outcomes across the region.

Through support of Questa’s unique forgivable loan programs, community partners help local students complete their education and encourage graduates to remain in Northeast Indiana to build the regional workforce. Although Questa is funding a record number of students this year, demand still outpaces available funding. Contributions from community partners allow Questa to extend its reach and support more learners of all ages pursuing education beyond high school.

Questa funding not only supports individual students but also builds our regional talent pool and strengthens our community. Over 85% of Questa Scholars graduate—25% higher than the national average, and a remarkable 82% of graduates return to northeast Indiana to live and work after completing their education.

Questa works alongside employers, community partners, and donors to provide forgivable loans and scholarships that help learners of all ages access continued education. To support local scholars and help build a stronger regional workforce, visit www.questafoundation.org/support-us.
