Questa Education Foundation is proud to announce the promotion of Dr. Elizabeth Bushnell to President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Bushnell has served as Executive Director since 2020, guiding the organization through significant growth in student impact, regional partnerships, and financial stewardship. Under her leadership, Questa has expanded its scholarship and forgivable loan programs, strengthened collaboration with local employers and community partners, and increased access to higher education funding for scholars across northeast Indiana.
“Dr. Bushnell’s vision, commitment, and passion for helping students succeed have elevated Questa’s mission and positioned us for continued growth,” said Dave Haist, Chair of the Questa Education Foundation Board of Directors. “Her leadership has strengthened our programs, expanded our reach, and deepened our impact across the region. The Board is confident she will continue to lead Questa with excellence in this new role.”
As President & CEO, Dr. Bushnell will oversee all strategic, operational, and programmatic initiatives, continuing to advance Questa’s mission of fueling access to postsecondary education through sustainable financing solutions, community partnerships, and long-term student support.
“I am honored to step into this role and continue advancing Questa’s mission alongside our dedicated team, partners, and supporters,” said Dr. Bushnell. “Questa’s work is deeply rooted in empowering students to pursue their goals with confidence and less debt, and I look forward to building on our momentum to serve even more scholars and communities.”
Dr. Bushnell has more than 20 years of experience in higher education leadership, nonprofit management, and community engagement. Prior to joining Questa, she served in leadership roles at Manchester University. Her commitment to student success and organizational excellence has been a driving force in Questa’s continued growth and innovation.
