Questa Education Foundation is excited to announce Greg Hetrick has joined their team, welcoming him as Assistant Director of Programs. In this key role, Greg will lead Questa’s Career Scholar programs, focusing on recruiting and supporting college students and returning adult learners.

Greg has nearly 15 years of experience in higher education, having served in admissions and enrollment at Manchester University. He has also held impactful roles with Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) and Ivy Tech Community College, helping students navigate pathways to success in education and the workforce. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Greg’s deep roots in the region and longstanding commitment to student development make him a valuable addition to the Questa team.

In his new role, Greg will oversee program implementation, lead recruitment and outreach strategies, and collaborate closely with college and employer partners to help students succeed from the classroom to the workplace.

“As someone who grew up in Fort Wayne and spent my career helping students find their path, this role with Questa is a natural fit,” said Greg Hetrick. “I have always believed in the power of education to change lives and joining Questa empowers me to support students in meaningful ways. I look forward to opening more doors for students, helping them access resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to succeed in both school and their future careers.”
