Questa Education Foundation is proud to announce three new additions to its board of directors:
Dana Berkes, Manager of Public Affairs, NIPSCO
Dana Berkes is Manager of Public Affairs for NIPSCO, overseeing public affairs, economic development, and community relations in 11 Northeast Indiana counties. She serves as Vice President of the Purdue Fort Wayne Foundation board and holds leadership roles with Greater Fort Wayne, Inc., Junior Achievement, and others. A Leadership Fort Wayne graduate and 40 Under 40 honoree, Dana earned degrees from Indiana University and Indiana Tech, and lives in Fort Wayne with her family.
Thomas Marcuccilli, Director of Marketing & Communication, STAR Financial Bank
Thomas Marcuccilli is the Director of Marketing & Communication and leads strategic planning at STAR Financial Bank, where he oversees enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen brand strategy, enhance customer engagement, and support long-term organizational growth. In addition to his leadership at STAR, Thomas serves on the Foundation Board at Ivy Tech Community College, contributing to educational advancement and regional development across Indiana. Residing in Fort Wayne, he is deeply committed to both professional excellence and civic involvement and draws continual inspiration from his wife and son.
Sara Yarian, Vice President of Culture, Learning, and Development, Metal Technologies
Sara Yarian is the Vice President of Culture, Learning, and Development at Metal Technologies, with over 25 years of leadership experience in higher education, healthcare, and manufacturing. She earned her BS in Applied Management from Tri-State (Trine) University, an MS in Human Resources Training and Development from Indiana State University, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Certificate from Huntington University, and her ACC Coaching Certification from the ICF. She resides in Hudson, Indiana, with her husband and two daughters. In addition to the Questa Foundation, she serves on the 3Rivers Credit Union and JAM Center boards of directors.
