Fort Wayne Community Schools Seniors (Class of 2024) can receive a two-year degree at Ivy Tech and a career at Parkview Health.
Parkview Opportunity Scholars will receive up to $5,000 a year for up to two years (total award of up to $10,000) as a forgivable loan to earn their two-year degree from Ivy Tech.
Scholar loans are 100% forgiven when the scholar works at Parkview Health for at least one year after graduating from Ivy Tech.

Who is Eligible:
Fort Wayne Community Schools Seniors - Class of 2024 (Students graduating from Northrop, North Side, Snider, South Side, and Wayne High Schools in Dec 2023 or May 2024)
Students with a demonstrated financial need
Students intent on pursuing and finishing an Ivy Tech associate degree in an eligible two-year program at the Fort Wayne or Warsaw campus (see list below!)
Students intent on working full-time at Parkview Health in their degree field for at least one year after graduating from Ivy Tech*
