Parkview Scholar Programs
In partnership with Parkview Health, Questa Education Foundation is offering fully forgivable loan options to students pursuing nursing fields and other high-need talent areas with an intent to work at a Parkview campus upon graduation. These programs exist to help current Parkview coworkers or current students continue their education and complete their degrees. Parkview Health programs include the Parkview Coworker Assistance, Parkview Nursing Candidate, and Parkview Opportunity Scholars.

Parkview Candidate Awards
For Current Healthcare Students
The Parkview Candidate Scholars program is for students within one year or less of completing their certificate or degree* who plan to work in the Parkview Health network for at least one year after graduation. Eligible fields of study include CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy Technician, Pharm Technician, Registered Medical Assisting, Nursing, Surgical Technology, Radiography, Sonography, and Medical/Clinical Lab. Funding will vary by program level.
Eligibility Requirements:
Intent to live and work in the Parkview region upon graduation
Enrolled in an eligible Indiana-accredited educational program, college or university
In good standing with your program
Commitment to work at a Parkview Health facility after graduation**
Due to the work requirements for debt forgiveness, applicants for a Career Scholar program must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Note: Parkview has an institutional partnership with Northwest State Community College and is an approved college outside Indiana.
Funding by Program Level
Certificate Level (<1 year) — $1,000
Technical Certificate/Licensure Level (=>1 year) — $2,500
Associate/Bachelor Level (2-4 years) — $5,000

Parkview Coworker Assistance Program
For Current Coworkers at Parkview Health
The Questa Parkview Coworker Assistance program provides funding to eligible Parkview co-workers for financial assistance to further their education and to help coworkers complete their education with reduced or eliminated debt. The program is available for applicants pursuing degrees identified as Parkview organization critical, and applicants must apply for and be pre-approved in the Parkview Tuition Assistance program to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
Positive performance appraisal
Approved professional development plan
A status of full-time or at least a .6 FTE
6+ months of employment
Acceptance into a degree program at an approved educational institution
Financial gap in affording your college cost of attendance

Questa combines the Coworker Program with the Parkview Tuition Assistance Program to provide upfront funding.
*Funding is currently limited to imaging, laboratory, nursing, surgical technology, and pharmacy degrees.

Parkview Surg Tech Scholars
For Students Entering the Trine University Surgical Technologist Academy
Through the Parkview Academy of Surgical Technology, up to 10 students entering Trine’s Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology program in fall 2025 will be selected for apprenticeships that include paid positions with benefits as Parkview Health co-workers, along with fully paid tuition to Trine. These students will have access to $18,000 in forgivable loans through Questa’s forgivable loan program, tailored specifically to academy participants.
This award supports students selected into the Parkview Surgical Technologist Academy offered through Trine University. Students must apply through Questa in order to receive this funding.
Parkview ABSN Scholars Program
For Students Entering the Huntington University and Indiana Tech ABSN Program
Offering a fully forgivable loan for students entering the ABSN program offered in partnership with Indiana Tech and Huntington University. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $30,000 over the course of the ABSN program. Scholar loans are 100% forgiven when the scholar works at Parkview Health for at least three years after graduating.
This award supports students admitted into the ABSN program offered through Indiana Tech and Huntington University. Students must apply through Questa in order to receive this funding.
