Parkview Scholar Programs
In partnership with Parkview Health, Questa Education Foundation is offering fully forgivable loan options to students pursuing nursing fields and other high-need talent areas with an intent to work at a Parkview campus upon graduation. These programs exist to help current Parkview coworkers or current students continue their education and complete their degrees. Parkview Health programs include the Parkview Coworker Assistance, Parkview Nursing Candidate, and Parkview Opportunity Scholars.

Parkview Opportunity Scholars Program
For Fort Wayne Community School Seniors
The Questa Parkview Opportunity Scholars program provides funding to seniors graduating from a Fort Wayne Community School accepted at Ivy Tech Northeast pursuing an eligible two-year degree program. Fort Wayne Community School graduates can receive up to $10,000 in college funding and the opportunity to start their careers at Parkview Health. Parkview Opportunity Scholars will receive up to $5,000 a year for two years (a total of up to $10,000) as a forgivable loan. Scholar loans are 100% forgiven when the scholar works at Parkview Health for one year after graduation.
Eligibility Requirements:
Graduating Fort Wayne Community Schools senior
Demonstrated financial need
Accepted at Ivy Tech Northeast pursuing an eligible two-year degree program (see the full list of eligible programs in our flyer!)
Intent to work at Parkview Health in a full-time position for one year after graduation*

Parkview Nursing Candidate Awards
For Current Nursing Students
The Parkview Nursing Candidate Scholars program is for students within 12 months of completing their nursing degree* who plan to work in the Parkview Health network for at least one year after graduation. Students seeking either an associate and bachelor’s degree (including RN to BSN or BSN completion programs) are eligible to apply. Scholars may receive up to $5,000.
* Nursing students who are earlier in their programs and/or attending colleges outside those listed in the eligibility requirements are encouraged to complete the inquiry form below to learn about other potential Parkview opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements:
Intent to live and work in the Parkview region upon graduation
Enrolled in an eligible* accredited nursing program and within 12 months of completing an ASN or BSN degree (including RN to BSN and BSN completion programs)
Cumulative college GPA of 2.5 or greater
Commitment to work as a nurse at a Parkview Health facility after graduation**
*Eligible programs include: Anderson University, Bethel College, Huntington University, Indiana University Fort Wayne, Indiana Wesleyan University, Ivy Tech, Manchester University, Northwest State Community College, Trine University, and University of Saint Francis
**Employment is not guaranteed.

Parkview LPN Candidate Awards
For Current LPN Students
The Parkview LPN Candidate Awards offers a fully forgivable loan for students within the last 12 months of their LPN certification who plan to work in the Parkview Health network for at least one year after graduation. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $2,500.

Parkview CNA and CMA Candidate Awards
For Students Pursuing a CNA or CMA Certification Program
The Parkview CNA and CMA Candidate Awards offers a fully forgivable loan for students pursuing their CNA or CMA certification who plan to work in the Parkview Health network for at least one year after graduation. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $1,000.

Parkview ABSN Scholars Program
For Students Entering the Huntington University and Indiana Tech ABSN Program
Offering a fully forgivable loan for students entering the ABSN program offered in partnership with Indiana Tech and Huntington University. Scholars are eligible to receive up to $30,000 over the course of the ABSN program. Scholar loans are 100% forgiven when the scholar works at Parkview Health for at least three years after graduating.
This award is open to every student who is admitted into the ABSN program offered through Indiana Tech and Huntington University. Students must apply through Questa in order to receive this funding.
Parkview Coworker Assistance Program
For Current Coworkers at Parkview Health
The Questa Parkview Coworker Assistance program provides funding to eligible Parkview co-workers for financial assistance to further their education and to help coworkers complete their education with reduced or eliminated debt. The program is available for applicants pursuing degrees identified as Parkview organization critical, and applicants must apply for and be pre-approved in the Parkview Tuition Assistance program to apply.

Positive performance appraisal
Approved professional development plan
A status of full time or at least a .5 FTE
6+ months of employment
Acceptance into a degree program at an approved educational institution
Financial gap in affording your college cost of attendance
*Funding is currently limited to ASN, BSN, surgical technology and a doctorate degree in pharmacy.
