In partnership with the K21 Health Foundation, Questa is offering low-interest forgivable loans to individuals from Kosciusko County who are pursuing a degree in healthcare.

  • Clinical Laboratory Technologists/Technicians

  • Communication Disorders Sciences and Services (audiology, hearing, speech-language)

  • Dental Hygienists/Technology

  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographers & Cardiovascular Technologists/Technicians

  • Dietitians and Nutritionists

  • Health Science

  • Health & Exercise Science (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation sciences)

  • Medical Imaging Radiologic Technology/Sonography

  • Medical Assisting Services (anesthesiologist assistant, paramedicine, respiratory assistant)

  • Pre-Chiropractic

  • Pre-Dentistry

  • Pre-Medicine: Biology or Chemistry

  • Pre-Optometry

  • Pre-Physician Assistant

  • Pre-Pharmacy

  • Registered Nurses

Requirements:

  • Seeking a bachelor’s degree.

  • Resident of Kosciusko County.

  • Planning on majoring in healthcare related fields.

  • Plan to attend an Indiana college or university.

  • 2.5 GPA or higher for traditional students.

  • 2.5 GPA or higher for contemporary students.

Current college students, individuals returning to school to complete their degree, and adult learners can apply for this funding through Contemporary Scholars Program. Application is open year round.
