The Credit Union Collaborative Internship Program, created by Questa Education Foundation in partnership with leading credit unions, is here to help students like you gain valuable work experience, receive financial aid for college, and kickstart your career in Northeast Indiana.
Through the Credit Union Internship Program, students gain hands-on professional experience while learning directly from industry leaders who are committed to investing in the next generation of talent. Interns work on real projects, build professional networks, and explore career pathways while contributing to organizations that serve communities across the region.
These internships are designed to provide more than just work experience. They offer mentorship, professional development, and a deeper understanding of how mission-driven financial institutions make a difference in the communities they serve.
Current partners include: 3Rivers Federal Credit Union, Beacon Credit Union, and ProFed Credit Union.
Program Highlights:

Requirements:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, finance, management, marketing, computer science, or related fields
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater
Within two years of degree completion
Interest in a career at a credit union partner upon graduation
Successful completion of an internship at a partnering credit union
