The Credit Union Collaborative Internship Program, created by Questa Education Foundation in partnership with leading credit unions, is here to help students like you gain valuable work experience, receive financial aid for college, and kickstart your career in Northeast Indiana.

Through the Credit Union Internship Program, students gain hands-on professional experience while learning directly from industry leaders who are committed to investing in the next generation of talent. Interns work on real projects, build professional networks, and explore career pathways while contributing to organizations that serve communities across the region.

These internships are designed to provide more than just work experience. They offer mentorship, professional development, and a deeper understanding of how mission-driven financial institutions make a difference in the communities they serve.

ProFed Content Creator — seeking a dynamic, creative individual to join the ProFed team as a Content Creator. In this role, you will develop engaging written, visual, and video content that supports marketing goals and strengthens the organization’s voice across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, finance, management, marketing, computer science, or related fields

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater

  • Within two years of degree completion

  • Interest in a career at ProFed Credit Union upon graduation

  • Successful completion of an internship at ProFed Credit Union
