Questa Foundation for Education is committed to forging strategic community partnerships to expand educational opportunity for Allen County’s young people and economic development for the entire northeast Indiana region.

Questa is focused on leveraging its educational investment by partnering with universities, the business community and other foundations to maximize support for initiatives that help to train, retain and reward a highly educated work force in northeast Indiana.

Toward this end, Questa celebrates the signing of Pay Back Partnership Program agreements with several regional colleges and universities that have agreed to pay back an additional 25% of a student’s Questa loan if the student graduates from these schools. Questa recognizes that students who attend college in northeast Indiana are far more likely to remain and work here after graduation.

Questa Foundation also has recently approved providing Questa Scholar loans to eligible high school graduates who are participants in the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center’s (NIIC) entrepreneurial training program for high school entrepreneurs through its Student Venture Lab/Biz Wiz program.
