Questa Scholars Program
Launched in 2007, the Questa Scholars Program, the only one of its kind in the nation, provides up to $20,000 in college loans, over four years, for qualified high school graduates from Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko and Whitley counties and promises to forgive up to 50 percent of the total loan principal if a student graduates with a 2.75 cumulative GPA and meets certain residency requirements in northeast Indiana for at least five years after college.
Currently, 272 high school graduates have been selected as Questa Scholars through a highly competitive application and selection process.
Questa Foundation has committed $4 million of its endowment to fund the initial five-year pilot period for the program (2007-2012).

The application period opens March 1 each year. The deadline for application is June 10 at 4:00 p.m.
