For nearly 75 years, Questa Foundation for Education has provided affordable loans and generous scholarships to assist thousands of college-bound, Allen County high school graduates in pursuit of their post-secondary educational aspirations.

In 2007, the Foundation launched a pioneering, new lending program, called the Questa Scholars 1/2 Back Loan Program – the only one of its kind in the nation. This innovative debt forgiveness program allows selected Questa Scholars to borrow up to $20,000 for college over four years and qualify for up to 50 percent in debt forgiveness if certain GPA and residency requirements after graduation are met. Questa’s loan and grant programs are made possible by the generous, charitable impulse and educational vision of philanthropically minded citizens and investors who believe Allen County’s young people are one of our community’s greatest assets.

Questa Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit public charitable organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
